Our Objective

Ashley Coffey's Coaching business objective is to take on women's oppression, not through policy but through Lady Leaders in real-time who are able to detach, question and lead by breaking down stereotypes one conversation at a time. 

Ashley Coffey Coaching does this by:
 
  1. Inviting women to have leadership conversations at a high level fosters self-reflection and growth.
     

  2. Liberating Lady Leaders of traditional leadership styles so they may lead as transformational leaders instead. 
     

  3. Providing Lady Leaders with a community that relates to shared experiences and a space to process what comes up.
     

  4. Naming and defining what oppression, social construction, and sexism look like in the world today. 
     

  5. Training on how to navigate oppression, social construction, and sexism today, normalizing the feminine leadership process.
