About Ashley

                                                                                       Ashley Coffey’s Journey to ACC

Ashley Coffey is a transformational leadership coach, educator, and community builder who has spent over a decade helping women reclaim their voice, step into their power, and lead with unapologetic authenticity. Her work sits at the intersection of emotional intelligence, embodied leadership, and conscious community building—supporting women not just in what they do, but in who they become.

Ashley’s journey into coaching began in 2012 while attending the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS), where she facilitated domestic violence support groups for women on campus. This experience ignited a deep passion for advocacy, leadership, and creating spaces where women feel seen, safe, and empowered. While navigating life as a single mother, she completed her undergraduate degree in Sociology alongside a second degree in Leadership Communication in 2013.

Her early career led her into the mental health field, where she worked at the nationally recognized Third Way Center in Denver. As a Mental Health Counselor, and later Lead Counselor, Ashley oversaw a residential home supporting high-risk youth and staff. This work exposed her to the realities of burnout, systemic pressure, and the emotional toll of service-based careers—shaping her commitment to sustainable leadership and the need for internal alignment within high-impact roles.

Driven to deepen her understanding of systems, culture, and leadership, Ashley returned to UCCS to earn her Master’s Degree in Sociology in 2018. Her academic work focused on modern leadership, conscious community building, and the feminine leadership process within American culture. Through her research, she explored how leadership is evolving, particularly for women navigating identity, power, and systemic expectations.

Following graduate school, Ashley transitioned into leadership consulting within the real estate industry, where she managed and coached top-performing offices in Colorado Springs. Her work centered on culture transformation, operational systems, and conscious leadership development. By implementing top-down leadership training and prioritizing employee well-being, she helped improve retention, performance, and team dynamics—earning a regional award for growth in 2019.

During the pandemic, Ashley made the decision to leave the corporate world and fully step into her purpose. Through years of coaching and consulting, one truth became clear: women were still being overlooked, underpaid, and excluded from meaningful leadership opportunities. The conversations were consistent, regardless of industry.

Ashley Coffey Coaching (ACC) was born from that realization.

Today, Ashley leads a coaching practice dedicated to supporting women in leadership through deep inner work, identity transformation, and aligned action. She specializes in helping women who have felt minimized, dismissed, or disconnected from their voice to rebuild self-trust, shift internal narratives, and lead with clarity and confidence.

Her approach blends intuitive insight with structured coaching frameworks, integrating somatic practices, emotional integration, and evidence-based leadership tools. Ashley is certified in Emotional Integration, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Landmark Education, and Mindset Coaching, bringing both depth and practicality to her work.

Through ACC, Ashley has supported hundreds of women in stepping into their leadership, strengthening their boundaries, and building lives rooted in alignment, integrity, and self-respect.

At the core of her work is a simple but powerful belief:
Leadership is not about perfection. It is about awareness, ownership, and the courage to show up fully as yourself. 💛
