ACC CERTIFIED COACH PROGRAM
I am incredibly excited to announce the ACC Certified Coach Program, a year-long immersive training and mentorship experience designed to teach future coaches the methodology, language, listening skills, and self-leadership principles behind Ashley Coffey Coaching.
Throughout the year, you'll learn how to listen beyond someone's words, ask powerful questions, recognize patterns without projecting your own experiences onto someone else, hold space without rescuing, challenge with compassion, navigate boundaries, and help people develop greater ownership and self-awareness. You'll study the ACC curriculum and learn how I teach topics around emotional intelligence, codependency, boundaries, nervous system awareness, identity, leadership, cognitive patterns, relationships, self-worth, and personal growth.
But education is only part of it

You'll shadow me and observe real coaching in practice.

We'll meet for a one-hour training and development call every week that focuses on the ACC topics as you hone your active listening skills and coaching cues.

You'll have biweekly 1:1 mentorship with me to strengthen your individual coaching skills.

You'll practice coaching, receive feedback, and develop your own authentic coaching voice while learning the language and framework of ACC.

We'll work on ethics, confidentiality, scope of practice, boundaries, and knowing when something belongs with a coach versus a licensed mental health professional.

You'll learn how to create psychologically safer coaching spaces without taking responsibility for another person's healing.

And throughout the year, you'll move from learning → observing → practicing → receiving feedback → coaching with greater independence.
This program isn't about creating another version of me.
It's about teaching you the foundation I've spent years developing so you can become a grounded, ethical, emotionally intelligent coach in your own right.
By the end of 2027, successful participants will have the opportunity to earn their designation as an ACC Certified Coach and be hired on as an ACC coach.
I believe deeply in the power of coaching, but I also believe the people doing this work have a responsibility to be well-trained, self-aware, ethical, and willing to continually examine themselves.
You cannot take someone deeper than you're willing to go yourself.
So this year will challenge you personally just as much as it develops you professionally.
This is the beginning of something I have dreamed about for a long time. ACC has never been about keeping what I've learned to myself. It's about creating ripple effects. And now, I get to teach other people how to create those ripples too.
The first ACC Certified Coach cohort begins in Nov 2026.
