September at ACC: Monthly Recap 🌿

This past month, we dove into themes that challenged us to expand our awareness and deepen our leadership practices—inside ourselves, our relationships, and our communities. 💛

🔹 The Prosperity Pyramid

We explored how prosperity isn’t just financial—it starts with inner alignment, energetic boundaries, and daily habits. From self-worth and reframing beliefs, to energy budgeting and community support, we built toward vision, action, and legacy. Clients reflected on where their “energetic leaks” are and how to reinvest their energy wisely.

🔹 Energetic Sovereignty & Energy Budgeting

We named the signs of energetic leakage—over-explaining, people-pleasing, staying in misaligned spaces—and practiced building “energy deposits” through boundaries, intentional rest, and aligned relationships. This topic tied beautifully into self-care as a non-negotiable leadership practice.

🔹 Sacred Circles & Community Cuts

We revisited the importance of knowing who belongs in the core of your sacred circle. Leadership sometimes requires rebalancing relationships, setting new boundaries, and honoring where our trust and energy are invested.

🔹 Trauma Bonds & Ownership in Relationships

Through reflection and group discussion, we unpacked how trauma bonds form, how they show up in friendships and partnerships, and how to begin breaking the cycle with compassion and clarity. Clients practiced identifying the three roles of codependency—Victim, Rescuer, and Persecutor—and explored ways to step out of the drama triangle.

Create Vision Boards: 🌟 Tap into your creativity by putting together vision boards that reflect your dreams and aspirations for the year ahead. Visualizing your goals helps keep you focused and motivated.

Community Manifesting: 🌟 Harness the energy of collective intention. Together, we’ll practice calling in abundance, love, and possibility—not just for ourselves, but for each other. In community, our manifestations amplify, reminding us that healing and growth are more powerful when shared.
